Solam (Jowar) Dosa


Ingredients:

  • Solam (Jowar) - 1 cup
  • Idli rice - 1/2 cup
  • Urad dhal - 1/4 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Small onions - 5
  • Red chillies - 2
  • Jeera - 2 tbsp
  • Salt

Preparation:

Soak jowar, idli rice, urad dhal, fenugreek together for 8 hours (overnight).

Add chopped small onions, jeera and red chilly in a wet grinder and grind well. Then, add the soaked ingredients and make batter out of it.

Pour a laddle full of batter in dosa tawa and make crispy dosas out of it. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
