Pottu Kadalai Urundai


Ingredients:

  • Roasted gram dhal - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee - 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts - 5

Preparation:

First powder the gram dhal and sugar and mix well.

In a pan, heat ghee along with broken pieces of cashew nuts and mix well till it gets to the consistency for making balls. Tip: Add or reduce the quantity of ghee as needed.

Make small ladoos. You can make 10 balls using the aforementioned measurement.
