Ragi Dosai


Ingredients:

  • Whole ragi - 1 cup
  • Idli rice - 1/2 cup
  • Urad dhal - 1/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Oil

Preparation:

Soak ragi for 8 hours/overnight. Soak rice and dhal separately for 3 hours.

Wash it and first grind the rice and dhal mixture. After it is half ground, add ragi and grind till it turns into a smooth batter.

Fermenting the batter is not required. Dosa/idli can be made immediately with this batter.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
