Take the biscuits and make small pieces and ground them in a mixie jar into smooth powder.
To that, add coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and mix well.
Then, add 80 ml of milk on a cyclic basis. First, add 40 ml of milk to the mixture and mix well. Then, add the next 40 ml of milk and mix gently. Don’t over mix the batter.
After that add oil and mix the batter.
Grease the cake pan with oil and pour the batter into it.
In a pan, fill 1/4 of pan with water and keep a stainless steel stand in the water and bring it to boil. Place the cake pan on top of the stand and let it cook covered in slow flame for 20 to 25 minutes. After about 20 minutes, insert a toothpick to check if has got cooked.
If the stick comes outclean, then the cake is done. Else, let it cook for 5 more minutes.
Tip: Use any biscuit of your choice. If you are using bourborn biscuits, then adjust the sugar as per the taste. If the biscuit used doesn’t have chocolate flavor, then, add more coco powder to get the chocolate flavor.
