Potato Patties


Ingredients:

  • Potatotes - 2
  • Maida - 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida - a pinch

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes and grate them into fine pieces.

Add salt and asafoetida to the grated potatoes and make balls out of it. Press the balls gently to make patties.

Mix the maida with 2 tbsps of water in a bowl. Take bread crumbs in a plate and dip the patties in maida water mixture and then in bread crumbs.

Heat the oil in a pan. Once it’s hot, add the patties and fry till it turns into golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketch up.
