Ingredients:
- Finely chopped carrot, onion, tomato, cabbage, green chilly, curry leaves, capsicum - 2 cups
- Dosa batter
- Salt
- Oil
Preparation:
Finely chop all the vegetables. Add salt to taste and keep it ready.
Heat the dosa pan and pour a laddle of batter and sprinkle the chopped vegetable mixture. Let it cook well and flip it to the other/veggie side and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
