Sweet Potato Vadai


Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato - 2 (boiled)
  • Onion - 1 (medium sized)
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves - a handful
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Besan flour - 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

Boil the sweet potatoes and mash well with hands/masher. To that, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, mint leaves, besan flour, rice flour, salt and make a dough.

Make small patties from the dough and fry it in the oil till it turns golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup/any sauce.
